A New Partnership to Enhance Support for Vulnerable Communities in Cyprus

We are proud to announce that Generation for Change and the Cyprus Red Cross Society have signed a Memorandum of Understanding, demonstrating our shared commitment to supporting vulnerable communities in Cyprus. Amongst others, this agreement focuses on assisting survivors of gender-based violence and at-risk migrant women, ensuring they have access to essential services and resources.

Through this partnership, both organizations will collaborate closely to facilitate access to counseling and social services. By coordinating our efforts, we aim to make it easier for women in need to receive timely and effective assistance.

Although this agreement was established as part of the ELEVATE HER project, it lays the groundwork for a long-term collaboration. Together, we aim to create a lasting network of support for vulnerable women and men across Cyprus and strengthen our capacity to respond to a variety of needs.

We are excited about the positive impact this partnership will have, as it will create safer spaces, enhance access to support, and foster empowerment throughout the community.
