    GFC Safeguarding & Complaints Form

    At Generation for Change CY (GFC), we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all — including our beneficiaries, volunteers, staff, and wider community members.

    This form allows you to report any incident, concern, or mistreatment you have experienced or witnessed. You can submit this complaint anonymously or with your name. All information will be treated with strict confidentiality.

    You may use this form to report:

    - Harassment, abuse, or discrimination
    - Sexual misconduct or inappropriate behavior
    - Mistreatment by staff, volunteers, or others associated with GFC
    - Any concern that made you or others feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or disrespected
    - If you provide your contact details, someone from GFC’s safeguarding team may reach out to follow up — but only with your consent.


    Please note: Submitting a complaint will not affect your access to GFC’s services or support.
