ElevateHer Best Practices and Lessons Learned

Generation for Change CY and the Cyprus Family Planning Association are happy to announce the release of the ‘ELEVATE HERight: Best Practices and Lessons Learned’ publication.

This publication brings together the key insights, lessons learned, and practical recommendations from the ELEVATE HERight project, which worked to prevent and respond to gender-based violence (GBV) in migrant and refugee communities in Cyprus. Drawing on 1:1 case management, sewing and tailoring classes with GBV awareness workshops, and community discussions, it offers a clear, experience-based guide to designing holistic, community-centered, and survivor-centered interventions. It is intended for civil society organizations, practitioners, and stakeholders working in migration and GBV who wish to adapt or replicate these approaches. Available in English.
