Gaming for Unity: Second FIFA Tournament Brings Communities Together Through Play

The FIFA Intercultural Video Game Tournament was a success, bringing together players of all backgrounds and ages for an unforgettable evening of gaming, fun, and cross-cultural connection!

Migrants, refugees, and locals came together in the spirit of friendly competition, showcasing their skills in FIFA matches while celebrating the diversity of the diverse communities.

Throughout the tournament, participants enjoyed pizza and refreshing drinks and had the chance to win awesome prizes.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and brought their energy and enthusiasm to the tournament!

Mark your calendars, more intercultural sports events are just around the corner!

Join us for a Table Tennis Tournament on July 26, followed by a Beach Volleyball Tournament on August 2. Do not miss these opportunities to play, connect, and celebrate diversity through sports!

The tournament was co-organized by the Sports for Inclusion project, Athletes for Hope, and Generation for Change CY, with funding from the European Solidarity Corps.
