Generation for Change CY at the 2025 Transatlantic Inclusion Leaders Network

Networking and enhancing our skills are essential to realizing our mission at Generation for Change CY. As part of our ongoing commitment to leadership development, our team participates in impactful capacity-building programs.

Our Co-founder and Managing Director, Etinosa Erevbenagie-Johnbull, recently took part in the 2025 Transatlantic Inclusion Leaders Network (TILN), a prestigious leadership fellowship organized by the German Marshall Fund of the United States.

This year’s program centered on the theme “Community Over Isolation,” with in-depth sessions on inclusive leadership, trauma-informed approaches, the rise of authoritarianism, and the future of transatlantic cooperation.

The in-person Brussels residency (June 8–14) culminated in participation at the Brussels Forum 2025, GMF’s flagship event that brings together leaders from both sides of the Atlantic to address global democratic challenges.
