Launch of the S.P.A.R.K.L.E Project
The S.P.A.R.K.L.E Project officially kicked off with a transnational meeting in Nicosia on 11 to 12 February 2026, marking the beginning of an exciting journey ahead.
Over two productive days, partners came together to align on a shared vision, explore the project’s methodology, and clearly define roles and responsibilities. This initial meeting also laid the groundwork for a comprehensive implementation plan that will guide the project’s activities in the months to come.
S.P.A.R.K.L.E aims to support adult migrants and refugees with low literacy or no literacy by fostering inclusion, empowerment, and access to meaningful and accessible learning opportunities.
A big thank you to Synthesis Center for Research and Education Limited for the warm hospitality and for hosting us.
