Pomos to Finikoudes for Charity - Documentary
The documentary covers the fascinating and admirable adventure of Julien Mevel, a swimmer and businessman from France. As an advocate for environmental and humanitarian issues, Julien decided to challenge himself for a great cause. The French swimmer swam a total of 280 Kilometers in the span of 28 days starting from Pomos Municipal Beach and ending at Finikoudes Beach in Larnaca. During the swimming tour, Julien displayed the environmental beauty of Cyprus as well as highlighted the environmental and humanitarian issues in Cyprus through various organized activities. Also, Julien has started a fundraising to support Generation for Change CY’s 2022 humanitarian aid program aimed to provide 1550 Support Boxes with food, clothes, hygiene essentials and kitchen utensils to support people living under difficult circumstances i.e., people at risk of poverty, single parents, large families, and refugees in Cyprus.
