Biography:
Beatrice is from Florence, Italy, and holds a BSc in Political Science with a specialization in Political Theory and a minor in Conflict Studies from the University of Amsterdam. Driven by a strong commitment to the upholding and tangible implementation of human rights in the EU (and beyond), she is currently pursuing a Master II in European Legal Studies at the European Institute of Public Administration and Université de la Lorraine. Through her work, she is committed to advancing human rights advocacy and shaping policies that uphold dignity and promote equitable access to opportunities for all. She pays particular attention to the intersectional challenges faced by asylum seekers, refugees, and other migrants with precarious legal status in Cyprus and across the EU.
